Mold damage after 4 months of storage in a COW. Had to dispose of an entire bedroom set, mattress and box spring Mold on other items. On April 2018, I contracted with this company to rent a container to temporary store my belongings. The container was placed on a muddy/damp/grassy area. This caused the floor of the container to become wet after heavy rains. The wet floor rot my furniture and created an environment where mold grew on the mattress, spring box and other furniture stored in the container. I believe the improper placement of the unit caused the damp floor which ruined my belongings. I had to rent a truck and move the damaged items to a local landfill. I was charged over $*** to dispose of the items. I also had to move the rest of my belongings to another storage facility. I am still not sure of the full extent of the damage as I need to inspect my sofa and other items. When I spoke withe the franchise owner, I only got 2 months of free rent for my loss. I paid around 3000 dollars to move to and store my items in what I thought was a suitable place. It ended up being a damp/unsuitable place and I lost the largest items (bedroom set and mattress). I would like at least a full refund of all the fees and rental fees paid
