Failure to communicate and follow through with promises dates. Rude on the phone, can’t answer why our moving containers have not been picked up as of We hired this company to move our belongings. They were supposed to be picked up Thursday, September 6. As of today 9/11 they still have not picked up or belongings. Promised delivery date was 9/12-9/14 with potential storage until 9/21 in [REDACTED] Our address ended up being in [REDACTED] This was disclosed on 9/4. No storage would be needed. This was also disclosed. I asked for updated contracts, I never received them. I was told I had to sign what I had to get the process moving. I did, now they have not moved anything, they say they won’t be delivered until 9/19. We are sleeping on the floor, have no clothes, no furniture and they don’t care. The owner, Mike Frank, won’t do a thing!
