We over paid and over bid too much due to wrong guidance / analysis of market and especially the location. Pls note the comparison is based on other purchases that happened at the exact same time as ours and we really feel that we dint get any help with the negotiation on the selling /buying price. ( that’s something we are seeing was done for many of our acquaintances thru their agents during the same timeframe on other homes sold in a better school district).
