I had sent a bitcoin address to receive funds from another account. I copied and pasted the address to the individual sending the funds as well as double-checked to ensure accuracy. After several days the support team got back to me and requested several pieces of information which I provided. They had come back and stated that the address I sent them was not associated with my account and to follow the link to view the addresses associated. SO I followed the link and the address I sent them was indeed there. I took a screenshot of the address page, the bitcoin address, and the QR code. Their last email said that for lack of a better term since the address isn’t associated with my account, though. They said Maybe I sent it somewhere else.
