Ongoing situation for over 2 years. Locked out of my account for year and half or so. They refuse to accept my up to date, matching, official address documents. Tax returns. Bank. There’s also missing cryptocurrancy from my very first transactions with coinbase, Feb. 8,9, 2021. Coinbase needed to fix these simple problems long ago. I have lost too much money and possibilities. They never phone me, contact me back ,too many phone calls cut off. Too many letters sent, they simply don’t fix this, or do what they say they will. As of today, I would like to move my cryptocurrency out of Coinbase and use a different broker. Coinbase has gone beyond any limits with me and I’ve told them so on a few occasions on the phone
