Clinton is currently $79,391.54 behind in child support. He does not make payments, the only time a payment is made is when DCSE finds his place of employment and garnishment his wages. He is a commercial fisherman so he changes boats and in the off-season sometimes collects unemployment while working under the table (yes, ifs fraud).
