In July I placed an order for company shirts through Cintas. We have a website on cintas we have to use for work for our clothing. I placed an order for work pants and 4 workshirts, size large. When I received the work shirts they were extremely big on me, bigger than standard large size shirt fitting. I noticed on the form that came with the shirts it said if we weren’t happy with the shirts we could return them. When emailed them they informed that I could exchange them for a smaller size or return them for credit. I should make it known that my order number and information was sent at the time of this so they could see exactly what I ordered. I informed then I would be placing an order for smaller shirts and then I would send them back for credit as it takes time for the shirts to arrive. I sent the shirts out a few weeks later after the other ones arrived. At this point is when things went downhill. I sent the order in toward the end of August. I received a response sept 3rd after I finally inquired, then also the 4th when they hadnt found my package. After that no answer, I emailed again on the 15th of sept, with no answer, then again on October 8th to which the answer back on Oct 9th with this “Hi for order the shirts have been recieved back. Since the shirts have a company logo they are not returnable. let us know if you want us to return them back to you. They knew exaclty what my order was BEFORE I returned it and also were the ones who advised me to return them. I contacted a rep in my HR dept who had no luck handling this during the middle of this. I finally opted for them to send them back on Oct 16. On the 17th I was informed they were being shipped out. On Nov 4th I hadnt received them and emailed again. they told me on the 5th they were letting them know to reship. It is Dec 2nd today and I still havent received my shirts. If i had more space I would go further into all of this in more detail, but this is the extent of it.
