I had one over $12,500 and chumba casino had told me that I needed to verify my account once again months later they’re trying to tell me I signed up with with a Wells Fargo account I’ve never had a Wells Fargo account before my entire life I’ve lost all the winnings. With their refusal to pay a dime. Even though I’d already won the money. Pay out my winnings and or give me a total refund. And then I had canceled my accounts and then reopened months later everything was fine and I had to hit it big come to find out that I could not cash out because chumba casino was telling me that I had to verify my account once again even though it was already verified. Months into waiting 4 a return email on this matter I was told by chumba casino that I signed up for this online casino with a Wells Fargo bank account I’ve never owned a bank Wells Fargo bank account ever before my life and so since I have lost all 12,500…. And they have refused to resolve the matter. My account still is cleaning that is not verified in shambles still clarifying and demanding that I give them the Wells Fargo account in order to verify
