Hello there! I have been playing on Chumba since 2 years now. And, I’m starting to wonder if I had did something wrong or what? You see, I have earned a Chumba prepaid debit card from them two years ago and have never had any issues using it when I redeem my winnings onto the card. However, since I have updated my banking information with and it has been approved already for redemption they still have my prepaid card pending with my $310 win. My spouse wins often and sends his wins to Chumba card as well without it pending. They send more inquiries of emails but still no approval of my recent redemption to my debit card!
