I was purchased an item, then I realized my error, I cancelled the order in less than 1 minute after I paid for the item. I was unable to reach anyone by email or claim submission form I tried to cancel the item before it was shipped due to the unresponsiveness of Chop retail the item was shipped. When the item arrived, I refused delivery of the item and the item return back to the seller. They would not refund me my money even though they received the item back.
