On 11/26/21 my phone was stolen and hacked into by someone who accessed my mobile banking with chime bank and transferred money to themselves I contacted chime when I realized what had happen right away they told me to cancel my debit card and that I had to wait til the transaction posted to my account in order to dispute them the next day I disputed the transactions n waited for a response from chime I checked my email n seen that they denied my dispute so I called them asking what was the reason for there decision, the rep on the phone kept saying that they would email me with the reason so I hung up and waited for the email with the reason never received it , I sent more documents to support my case and still haven’t heard back from them about getting my money back , I have read many stories and reviews similar to mine this bank is horrible when it comes to handling disputes
