I’ve bought a mattress 430 quid. And I’ve had it for 2 months. The side has collapsed leaving the edge soft and cause I’m paralyzed I slip out and fall on the floor. 2 people have been out today and looked at it and they trying to say cause I’m disabled my slide board has done it. This is strange as Mr slide board does not touch that part of the bed. In fact nowhere near it. So today was told they won’t replace and won’t do anything else. They even said if I told the woman in the shop I was a wheelchair user they would have advised me. Lol, they advised me to go buy that one cause I went into the shop to buy it. And yep u guessed it I was in my wheelchair lol. I’m paralyzed dummy I can’t pick and choose when I use a wheelchair. I’m glad my council support worker and social worker have seen me getting in and out and seen where the board sits. Now stuck with a mattress that is bust on one side.
