This Chilis restaurant has been bad since it opened. The food and service absolutely suck! I even spoke to the manager a few years back and she said, I know, I know, can’t get good people. You can’t even use the old COVID excuse in this case, because it has been bad since it opened. We go by there once a year hoping that it’s better, but nope! Tonight, even the Beer on tap was flat and had no head, and the servers got an attitude because I sent it back! This is all about training and leadership and both are severely lacking at this Chilis. It’s a great location and it’s a newer restaurant, so there is a ton of potential, but the management is obviously focused on other things. Should have taken the hint tonight when there were no cars in the parking lot. We will never go back to this Chilis again, because they have had many years to fix what is wrong. Now it’s just a waste of our time and money!
