I cannot seem to get this case resolved, every time they ask for a document they ask for a new one, I have submitted more then 2 government ID’s, and passport, I sent over 3 different selfies. I have given an explanation of funds and where they came from, yet they still persist, they just do not want to pay me, on Bing if you search Changelly Scam you will find so many unsolved case’s. At every request to complete your process they find a new demand in order not to pay you, your own funds that have been deposited with Changelly, this company has many complaints already listed with yourself, yet as you can see you only resolved one and many of the others are unresolved. Where is the place that I make some sort of official complaint, because to be quite frank I have spend almost ten days of my time trying to resolve this problem. They could just pay the money to my own bank account, this is a full KYC process as they could get, plus am accountable by using my bank account. Yet they do not want to resolve it, they only aim to keep the funds
