Cathy Bevins is a Baltimore County Councilwoman during the day and a homewrecker at night. I think she has a very serious drug and alcohol problem. She takes “official” trips to places like Las Vegas, gets blackout drunk and sleeps with other men despite the fact that she herself is married. She decided to destroy my marriage by getting blackout drunk during one of these trips to Ocean City, Maryland with my husband. She slept with him there and then continued to text him afterwards. We are now in the process of a divorce. It’s disgusting that this person is supposed to represent us. I warn other women to keep your husbands away from this sicko.
