I Cynthia reids went in to pick up some paperwork and the paperwork work wasn’t done right but prior to that I had already called about what I needed and so me and the supervisor had words and she had discontinued me from getting assistance there and it’s was no bad language spoken from either party I just had made a statement about it was fustrating cause I had to wait for the paperwork when I had already called. By investigating the situation and talking to both parties and I back able to start back receiving assistance through the program
