I cancelled while this transaction while it was pending (see attached) Pending @ 12:57. I also requested a refund while it was pending. Cash App Support didn’t respond back until it was completed (3) hours later. The recording on the cash app phone 1 800 969-1940 indicates that they want to provide the best service? Really? The best service would be accuracy! Correct? This definitely could of been prevented because the completion of the a transaction, took long enough to catch it before it was finalized to the completion stage. correct? Therefore, the $149 transaction should be refunded because I did everything in a timely manner but Cash App failed to be Accurate and respond back to me in a timely manner then the status changed from pending to Completed after 3 hours. Absolutely took too long!
