Cash App — Missing funds from ATM machine 100721, 5:03AM

I tried calling and leaving a message about a transaction that I made today 100721 about 5:03 this morning at a location at an ATM machine, I lost $80.00 dollars in that machine, I have a cash app card, I used my cash app card, they responded back said it would take about 10 days or so for someone to get back to me which is Ludacris, I need my refund back onto my card, I shouldn’t have to wait that long, my name is Theodore Life, the terminal number off receipt is CK029173, LOCATION 1817 W Baseline Rd, Mesa AZ, I want to file a complaint about this, and want my funds back. refund my money back onto my card or somebody gonna tell me something, or just file a lawsuit
