On 1119 and 1120 I was expecting a refund via CASHAPP, I never received the funds in my bank account. I contacted my bank and spoke with customer service, who informed me that the cash was not deposited into my account, and no pending transaction where visible. I called CASHAPP and spoke with Louis who informed me that the cash was deposited into my account, however my bank is still not showing the transaction. My bank requested to call and speak with someone from CASHAPP , however the CASHAPP representative REFUSED to speak with my bank representative. Please contact me ASAP, the amount is over $500.
