I have been waiting over 150 days for my registration and tags for my 2014 Lexus ES350 I purchased in May 2021. I have gotten the constant runaround from this company concerning the tags on my vehicle. My temporary tags expire at midnight tonight and I was told Carvana could not issue me another set of temporary tags. I have gone through several other issues with this company. They have really poor communication after you purchase your vehicle from them. In addition, I have received a temporary tag for another Carvana customer. I have been told on numerous occasions by the Post Sale Department that my registration and tags would be to me by 100721. I have been constantly told someone will call me back and never receive a call back from the company. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get my tags and registration with no luck. Every time I call, I get a different story from the Registration Department or the Executive Resolution s Department. I have asked on numerous occasions for a manager to call me; no such luck. I have even accused my the Executive Resolutions Department that it is my fault that I do not have my tags. I have done everything humanly possible to get this resolved in a timely manner. I want to be compensated from this company for not being able to drive my vehicle. Also, I want the tags and registration ASAP.
