Wanted full copies of bank statements Only get direct deposit Provided Pictures bank statements and proof that I could repay loan worked last year 3rd car going to be purchased through Carvana…..my 2nd run around…Bought one last year providing same info Hateful underwriter got on phone saying this was unexceptable had to be full statements in pdf format To me that is an invasion of privacy seeing all my transactions for 3 months They have on file the info for from a year ago and I financed through them even on auto pay I told her I guess I would have to shop somewhere else. Hateful woman hung up on me another word. They would rather lose 43 000.sale but I guess that is just pennies to a large corporation. But pennies can add up over time. That Hateful lady needs a lesson in effective communication skills. At least work with me since I have been a repeat customer with a excellent payment history.
