I purchased a car via website. Car information page showed photo of 2 keys, as well as indicated such in photo. When car was delivered I brought this point up to agent. He said he would make a note of it. He did not tell me to contact Carvana’s repair partner Silver Rock within 7 days. I contacted Carvana and then Silver Rock several weeks later. Carvana said they couldn’t help. Silver Rock informed me thst even if they were contacted within 7 days, key fobs are not covered. Basically, Carvana either falsely represented that 2 key fobs were included, or they’re negligent and unorganized with no regard to customer service. Either they provide me the second original key fob, or pay for a replacement.
