We purchased a vehicle on May 17, 2021. Paid in full. To date the only paperwork received is a now expired temporary tag. No registration, no title. If we are in an accident the car is still owned by Carvana. If we are pulled over for expired temporary tags, the car is still owned by Carvana. No one on phone is ever able to resolve and it’s been forever. What a horrible way to conduct business.
