Iv contacted this company in may 2020 and ask about a specific size of magnet. They responded by say yes that they sale that size and sent a link to go with it. After weeks of playing with there system to get my logo correct on this magnet and back and forth corresponding with this company. I was able to place a order on June 16 2020. Today June 23 I receive a email telling me my order has shipped but there was a big Red flag. They sent me instruction videos on how to apply a Sticker. I never asked for stickers but they have me down as ordering stickers. I have my original message to them and there response along with other emails. So at this point I contact the company by phone and right away (You ordered stickers and your wrong and there’s no refund Click) I thought I was talking to a rebellious teenager.
