They will always find a reason not to paid for a claim. I Already had two valid claims rejected. One for my air conditional condenser and one for my drive axel. The mechanics with 20 years experience say that 100% of the time they always find a reason not to pay. Do not use this company reason not to pay a claim. There customer CarShield does not care or try to resolve anything she said
