On March 3, 2020, I purchased 2 one way flights from Port of Spain Trinidad to JFK NY. Due to the pandemic, I was to receive a refund for the canceled flight. I was told I would receive it in 3 to 4 months. It is July and still, no refund has been issued back to me.
