I travel from Tobago to Trinidad on November 5th 2022. I encounter such an ugly situation because of your policy. I checked in at 4am was told I had to pay for my bag before I would be given a boarding pass .I attempted to pay for my bag. several times but the counter was not open yet where the payment were to be made. When the counter was open there was a mad dash to get in the door. The person handling the door only let a few person in .I was not one of them. I went back to the counter the young lady was very nice. The problem started when I went back over show my passport and PAPER SAYING I only wanted to pay. After paying I had to go back to the counter to show my paperwork that I PAID AND NOW TO GET ABORDING PASS. WHAT A MESS I WAS THINKING. There was a passenger who became very upset with me because she thought I was jumping the line. As I approach the counter she jump out in front of me with some chosen words which were not very nice. and made comments about my skin color. My skin color has nothing to do with your policy. But the situation was very ugly .I WAS HOPING SHE WAS NOT ON MY FLIGHT .MY VERY BEAUTFUL VACATION JUST TURN DANGEROUS AND MADE ME VERY UNEASY. PLEASE THINK ABOUT A DIFFRENT WAY YOU CAN CHECK IN YOUR TOBAGO PASSENGER BAGE FOR PAYMENT. THIS SITUATION SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEND TO ME. I would like the policy change . I would be back in Tobago in February and do hope the company fine a different way of handling the payment for the bags. Thank you Angela Thomas Beckles
