Capital One — Holds on Payments in full and not releasing available Credit on a Rewards C

I have had a Capital One Walmart Rewards Card for over a year. I pay off the entire balance each month. I have never once been late even 1 day or 1 hour. I have never had a payment returned for insufficient funds. I have been an excellent credit user. My Credit is excellent. But at certain times Capital One holds my payment for up to 10 Days (even though they process my payment through my bank and it clears my bank and their institution) thus not allowing me to purchase items at Walmart to obtain more Reward Points. This is illegal to do period. I now know in today’s quick-moving society that once a payment is made to any lender or lending institution that the longest it takes for it to clear the institution you made it to is 48 hours unless it is a holiday or weekend. Capital One Rewards Card thus is false advertising and trying to control the amount you can actually earn with their company, which is a breach of the contract between themselves and the consumer. Now when I call into their Customer Service Line they put me on hold after I explain the reason for the call (a hold on my payment) and I hold the line for over 20 minutes and always they disconnect the call. So I repeated this exercise of trying to resolve this issue today over 17 times and the same thing happens each time. I also record my calls with them, and they state the conversation can be recorded without my permission on their end, but if I record the call they hang up immediately. This is a sure sign of illegal processes being covered up internally, so I know Capital One Executives are well aware of their illegal practices. I want a settlement of $50,000.00 cash for the 367 hours spent over 1 year of 124 calls to resolve this problem. Plus a promise this practice stops of holding payments for any reason Capital One desires to ensure this limits the number of Reward Points earned promised in their agreement with the consumer.
