I mailed a 9 by 12 manila envelope to my sister in Chilliwack, BC, on Saturday, July 30, 2022. I paid the regular rate of $5.74. I was told it wouldn’t start moving until Monday, August 1, 2022. I expected it would take about two weeks to arrive at her apartment building. I mailed it at the Post Office in Shopper’s Drug Mart at 1642 Merivale Road, Nepean, ON. As of today, September 3, 2022, she still hasn’t received it. Where did it go? What happened to it? Find out where this envelope went. It would be very helpful to have tracking information for regular postage-paid items just as you do for express-posted items processed through your facilities. I hope that you care just as much for any mail going through your system, not just the expensive postal rates some of us are forced to pay to have some assurance of delivery.
