Camden Plantation has failed to provide me with the statutorily required quiet enjoyment of my premises. Also, their actions borderline deceptive and unfair trade practices because of the attempt this company has made to hide their breach. For three months, my upstairs neighbors would make noise and listen to music so loud that the apartment would shake. They would listen until 4 a.m. three days a week. We complained to Camden numerous times, we called the police and reported 4 documented times, and we went in person to complain at least 5 times. The manager we were complaining to was mysteriously fired and Camden claimed they only have one complaint on record. I have documentation showing other residents complaining on the Camden portal for the same three months that I lived there. I also have the police reports and other complaints made by tenants. Lastly, I have seven written depositions of people who have visited me and can attest to the noise and Camden’s lack of care.
