Ordered shoes online and received them – they are nothing like I ordered. Received the order receipt and they have a website selling the shoes as well as a support email however after repeated attempts to contact them there has been no reply. They clearly state on the website you have 14 days after delivery to contact them if there are any issues however that only works if they actually answer the emails being sent to them. I would avoid them at all costs! They are a semi-scam. Should’ve known better. I want them to respond to my email and also arrange a full refund for the shoes.
