Shorted order and gave wrong product. Had to drive back 20 minutes when they shorted us a burger but discovered later that there was supposed to be 2 bacon king burgers and1 roadhouse crispy chicken. Dropped off what was supposed to be the chicken burger to my wife at work and discovered we were short one bacon king. drove back and they did give us another bacon king. Later found out the chicken sandwich was in fact a burger and by the time the order was corrected the first burger was so cold it was disgusting. Really up to you isn’t it, I don’t know your policy. I know it cost me 44 dollars for the order.
