Burger King — Lack of Customer Service

We went in for lunch on Sunday Jan 09, 2022. It was opening weekend so the wait was long. Something we completely understood, however the lady taking orders was rude and abrupt with all the customers. We were waiting for the people in front of us to order and this lady told them there wait for food would be about an hour. Mind you this was not the case. When it was our time to order she gave nasty facial expressions, she did not listen to the order given and had to be corrected. On top of this she did not ask us what we wanted to drink just put in 2 cokes. When I mentioned this to her when we picked up our food she did not offer to fix it, but just shrugged it off. We also did not receive the sauce for our mozza sticks. I believe to work in customer service one should be approachable and respectful to the customers.
