Our team only handles orders placed through our Burger king app, but I have gone ahead and forwarded your incident to our restaurant-level support team who have the tools needed to assist you with your in-restaurant experience.

They served me 2 egg and sausage biscuits. The biscuits were HARD was not gonna try and bite them all the way through. Took them back and got no apology no refund. So would describe this as THEFT! Daughter got hashbrowns and they where greasy and mushy, no clue how they did that. Now just because of this will not go back to York bk. Now the next problem is that they ARE NOT COVID SAFE! Floor dirty and sticky, many windows not cleaned, parking lot a mess. Trash cans not dumped in parking lot.
EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was not aware that bk operated stores like this in any location let alone here in York Ne.
