I have complained a number of times about poor service, three times a burger joint ran out of HAMBURGER??. Most of the time the order is missing napkins, missing requested ingredients or just plain wrong. Most of the time there are long waits in line, not good for a FAST food restaurant. Today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich meal and they said they were out of cream and sugar. When I took a bite of the sandwich, it was a hockey puck. not fit for human (or animal) consumption. I took it into the restaurant and complained and someone said get a new biscuit and someone else said we are out of biscuits. At 9:30 AM?? I have decided not to go back several times but relented because MacDonald’s is the only other option. This is it. If you can’t get your franchisee in line, you have lost at least one repeat customer lost forever. I am sure I am not the only one since others have the same opinion the Scappoose location as me. I have noticed the line is usually much shorter than in the past. Take care of business. Please do not offer me free food at this particular restaurant. any other location will do. Just not this one.
