Burger King — Fired

I started employment with your company at the Edgewater, Florida store on August the twenty fourth of the year twenty twenty one . The first three weeks of my employment was great. I am on disability and informed the District Manager while being interviewed that I could only be employed twenty hours per week. His name is Bob Warren and he was ok with this. On the fourth week of my employment we got a new General Manager Gabe and this is when my troubles began. The new General Manager changed the schedule and did not even call me to ask me if I could work the days and hours he scheduled me for or to even inform me of the changes. I have told him numerous times since these changes that I am on disability and that I am only work allowed to work twenty hours a week. This past Sunday on 09262021 at 9:30 am my General Manager Gabe started to complain to me about my uniform shirt at the beginning of the shift. He told me that it is the policy of Burger King to have my shirt tucked in. This was the first time hearing this after five weeks of employment? My uniform shirt is a flat bottom hem with side slits. It is not normally a style of shirt to be tucked in. At 1:30 pm my general manager handed me his cell phone and I took off my drive thru headset to answer the call. It was Tim the District Manager who told me he heard that I was causing problems at work. I hung up on him because we had a line through the drive thru and this is a conversation that could of taken place after my shift was completed. Review the video’s on that day to see if I was causing any problems as accused! Today I went in as scheduled. The General Manager Gabe returned from the bank and called me to the back of the store. Gabe that Tim said to fire me. The last three weeks all employees at this store have worked without a break. When we clock in it is nonstop until we clock out to go home. Review the video’s! We also have had to apologize to our customers constantly because we have no small burger rolls, no ketchup packets, no zesty sauce, no jalapeno bites, no milkshake or frozen drink cups or the lids, no orange juice, no spicy sauce for the chicken juniors, etc…. AI was wrongly let go and that your General manager Gabriel is going to run that store and its employees to the ground. Please ask my co-worker Kristine the drive thru cashier on Sunday what transpired. She called in sick on Monday and I wonder why? She was on drive thru from 8am-3pm without any break except the time I took her headset to give her a break. If you don’t believe me watch the video. The worst thing that I have done at Burger King is eat a onion ring in the front. Talk with the employees and asked them about what we are experiencing on the job, review the videos, order supplies and employees so we can make our customers happy instead of them driving away with French fries and no ketchup packets or onion rings with no zesty sauce, or waiting in line for long periods of time because of the skeleton crew, rehire me because I am a great employee, have another General Manager shadow Gabe to train him better. We don’t understand him because of his strong accent and he just doesn’t listen to us.
