Burger King — Billed for meal items not given

On this occasion, and several others, meal items purchased and billed at drive through weren’t actually placed at the pickup window. This appears to be an ongoing problem at this particular Burger King store; hopefully fraud isn’t involved. Investigate to ensure this isn’t an ongoing case of fraud against Burger King’s customers and refund the $1.99 that I was billed for an item not received.
