I rented a car through Costco Travel. When I arrived at the airport in Las Vegas at 12:30 a.m. I was told they didn’t have any cars to rent and to come back later around 8:00 a.m. I had a reservation so I would think my car would be ready at the time I requested. I also called customer service and they checked and said, yes, that location doesn’t have any cars. When I returned at 8:00 a.m. there were a lot full of cars when I picked up my car. I would like to know why my reservation was not honored. I would like an explanation and maybe get some kind of credit for the inconvenience I had to go through. I caught a taxi to my hotel and used uber to get back to the rental company.
