One, as of 3/23/17 my insurance has still not received a claim from Buckeye PMR. And, per the response, Buckeye stated my insurance was billed. This is false. My insurance has not been billed. Buckeye needs to submit the claim and provide documentation for submitting the claim. Two, once the claim is submitted to my insurance company. Buckeye PMR to acknowledge they will accept the contracted/submitted rate, with no further obligation to myself. This is what Diane stated to me on the phone and stated she would provide it to me in writing. I still have not received the documentation from her either.
