So Brian was referred to me by my wife’s friend. We needed to have our hot water tank replaced, so I sent him a picture of the hot water tank we wanted, and said he’d go pick it up at hone depot and come by and install it. So after ge left we found it that it was the wrong one, we payed him 1200 for the job. So he also charged me for parts we didn’t need ($50) and never refunded that. And the hot water tank ge installed was $80 cheaper but we still paid for the more expensive one. After texting him the situation, he said there was nothing he could do., and told me to lose his number, and that he was blocking me. Also would not give me a receipt for the hot water tank that he purchased for me so I can use it on taxes and for warranty issues.
