A Hispanic employee at this location, working during the 5 o’clock shift, was not wearing gloves while handling food. I mentioned this to him and asked him if he was going to put gloves on, he said We don’t do that here. This is a direct OSHA Violation as it could spread communicable diseases such as Covid-19. The managers at this location need to reinforce more rules about handling their food correctly and safely, especially in Texas – where Covid is very rampant. This type of behavior jeopardizes the public’s health and safety. It’s inappropriate for a restaurant and needs to be addressed ASAP. Thank you.
