I purchased a hotel room through Bookit. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have a record of my reservation. I purchase a two-night hotel room at the *********** on 8/10/13. The money was taken out of my account right away. When I arrived at the hotel later that night the hotel had no record of my reservation and told me that they had been completely sold out since the day before. I called the bookit number and was kept on hold for 69 minutes. I was also informed by voice recording during my hold time that there was a 25.00 phone processing fee associated with handling my issue which was their fault. their business practices are completely unacceptable.
