I booked a villa in Cape Town via Booking.com. It had a guaranteed cancellation policy. I cancelled this booking in December 2021 which was within the cancellation period. I have sent Booking.com all the documentation they requested and have sent numerous emails (including the CEO, CFO) but to date I haven’t seen a penny of refund they owe me. Refund the deposit I paid (£3765) in full as I booked via the Booking.com website. An alternative would be to give me a credit of this amount towards something else
