My son who made a hotel reservation got hospitalized. So the hotel canceled the reservation for my son and gave me the cancellation ation number. They said they are willing to return the money and they won’t charge anything on their side. But the booking.com blocks out the cancellation and they are still charging the money. The manger in the hotel was so kind and he said he’s going to email them to request my refund. But he wants me to call the booking.com to request it as well. So I called the booking.com to request the refund. But they’re keep saying they can’t. The hotel clarify they won’t charge any money then who gets the money?? Booking.com! They’re taking the whole money this way by deceiving their customer!! They should stop this
