Booking.com — No Reply to my emails to Booking.com, Customer Service

Booking.com misrepresented the facilities available at the above hotel. After several emails back and forth each one from a different Customer Service Agent, I provided the proof they requested which showed they were in serious error. Since that time I have had no reply from them. Consequently the problem has not been resolved and until they get in contact with me it seems it never will be, as I cannot raise a response from them no matter how many emails I send to their Customer Service Department.
