Booking.com — False address for advertised property

Dear SirMadam,

I am the owner of a one bedroom, residential, property situated at 87 Marina Primavera, San Eugenio Bajo, 38660 , Adeje, Tenerife. I am also a resident of Tenerife.

Advertised on you web site via Rental House Canary Islands Tenerife Adeje Apartment Marina Primavera

The advert is for an illegally built studio on our complex and shows my address 87 Marina Primavera.

I am continually getting people walking into my apartment asking that I get out as they have rented it via your web site. The last time was this morning and prior to that last Saturday.

I try to explain that 87 Marina Primavera is my home and they have not rented it.

The property in you advert is in fact an illegally built studio in the basement of a commercial which is in fact known at Local 59 C, Marina Primavera.

These premise are owner by a Cristina Oval Gomez who lives at Charco Del Pino 79, Era Alto, Granadilla, Tenerife.

Last Saturday the premises were rented out to four adults and a baby and the man who arrived this morning refused to accept the premise as they were unfit to live in, unclean and smelt of cannabis. He has since cancelled his booking with you.

Marina Primavera is not a licenced complex for holiday lets.

Please could you arrange to remove my address of 87 Marina Primavera from your advert.

I would be grateful for ation when this has been done.

Regards for now.

Peter Comins.
