Booking.com — Facility

We arrived at Benidorm from the valencia region for a 2-day stay.wasnt showed the room before payment which I font think is correct as had details from my account.8.30 in the morning no hot water,9. am still no hot water, anyways the receptionist told me that have been having problems with the water, I find this not hood enough. I Paid for a stay for Bed and shower,I was told I could walk up a block get a shower, then come back, I had a meeting at 10.30. we decided we might as well move completely to carry our belongings to the next part of their hotel.it was a hostel, the room we got the main light did not work or the bathroom door did not shut. I told the manager this was not good enough I have worked in hotels for years you showroom and at end of the stay, you pay? I asked for a reduction and was told to send a message to you. I should get a refund as I only got a bed the first night., then had to move, just lately I stayed in villayosa hotel very clean, but shower head you had to hold to shower and no bulb in light. I may as well start booking direct or use other booking places like these are small items but they make a break which you have paid for not how it should be .its supposed to be an enjoyable break ,.
