BodyRock.tv — No resolution

On April 11, 2021, I placed an order with BodyRock for a total of 282.17 USD. I received this order on April 19, 2021, in which all items minus one were damaged and in poor quality. I sent pictures within minutes of getting the order and made clear this is a manufacturing problem. I have referenced their manufacturing warranty policy countless times, but they are standing firm on their return policy when it comes to the returning of this product. It is of my opinion, based on their manufacturing warranty policy, that it is their responsibility to pay for the shipping for products that arrived damaged and they have confirmed are damaged. They are offering to replace damaged items, but are now claiming some items are not damaged and that they will not be replacing them, even though they have just as much if not more than the already confirmed items. They are not reaching any sort of resolution within any of their policies in an adequate way. They also do not answer all parts of my emails
