Blockchain.com — Scammers

i sent bitcoin to blockchain.com and then tried to convert it to USDC which i did for a large fee. when i tried to send it they tell me that i have to re-verify because i recovered my account using my secret passphase. if i didnt have the passphrase then it wouldn’t be me correct ? now im trying to get my money out but for weeks their trying to tell me that i need to be verified.. they will let me move my money around on their platform and every time charging outrageous fees knowing full well that their not going to let me withdraw. these people are crooks, plain and simple. Refund my $565.00 and send it to my bank account
