I ordered at the end of 2021 based on a recommendation from a friend.y account was deducted $180AUD yet I received no receipt. My bank (Westpac) said they need a receipt in order to chase up my specific account. They closed just after I placed my order and no longer accept emails etc. Is there a way to get my money back?
